Shajbox কাস্টমারদের দ্রুত এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর, প্রোডাক্ট যথাযথভাবে প্যাকেজ করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।

📦 ডেলিভারি প্রসেস কীভাবে কাজ করে?

✔️ আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর, পণ্যগুলো ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করা হয় যেন সেগুলো সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক অবস্থায় থাকে।
✔️ ফাইনাল কোয়ালিটি চেকের পর, প্রোডাক্টগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে পাঠানো হয়।
✔️ ডেলিভারি পার্টনাররা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার ঠিকানায় প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি কোনো কারণে তারা আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারে, তাহলে তারা আপনাকে যোগাযোগ করে সমস্যার সমাধান করবে।

📦 প্রোডাক্টগুলো কীভাবে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়?

✅ প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট কার্ডবোর্ডের বক্সে প্যাকেজ করা হয় এবং অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস সংযুক্ত করা হয়।
✅ বিশেষভাবে ভঙ্গুর বা স্পর্শকাতর প্রোডাক্টগুলোর জন্য বাবল র‍্যাপ ব্যবহার করা হয়, যাতে পরিবহনকালে কোনো ক্ষতি না হয়।

✅ ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩-৫ কর্মদিবস | ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ১২০ টাকা

(প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক সমস্যা বা অন্যান্য অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে।)

📦 How Are Products Packaged?

✅ Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days | Delivery Charge: ৳60
✅ Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days | Delivery Charge: ৳120
